Return Policy - All return requests** must be placed within 7 days of your product arriving. Once an MRA (material return authorization) is issued, you may ship your item back to KOPES PRECISION, at your own expense. All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Defective Product Policy - If you notice a defect in your product, please submit a defect request** to KOPES PRECISION within 7 days of your product arriving. After 7 days, KOPES PRECISION will make every attempt to replace your product, however charges may apply.
